"Purchasing a SUV" I drove from Memphis today to purchase an Outback from Jeannie Kerr. After a nightmare bait and switch from the Memphis dealer, I requested quotes via the web for COSTCO and USAA. I talked to several people at multiple dealerships. Jeannie was the the only one who inspired my confidence. It was worth driving 400+ miles to purchase a vehicle from her. "Great Experience" I could not have had a better experience anywhere else. Ilona helped me find the right car with exactly everything that I wanted and for the right price.
