The service was adequate. The saving grace for this dealership was Emma. She truly tried to make my situation right and my kudos goes to her. Now her service technician was not the most diligent. I have an older Subaru that was neglected by the previous owner. It was left outside to rot. I have spent the last 2 years bringing it back to life and doing work to it here and there. I took it in for an air bag recall and the technician did some damage to the dash and also disconnected the wires going to the blend door. Brought th... read more
