The technicians and service representatives are always extremely professional and respectful. Matt Coronado actually remembered off-hand what services had been done to my car even though I hadn’t seen him in over 6 months due to a deployment. That kind of service and rapport that feels so individualized is hard to find.
Whole team was very supportive, able to answer all our questions, and allowed us thoroughly review everything. Very helpful team.
We made an appointment first 10 for an oil change and they were done by 11:30 😬
We had a very pleasant experience in our purchase of a new Outback. Our salesman Logan was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Big Mike took care of us and we walked away with a new to us Forester. I do wish they cleaned up/detailed the car a bit better but I understand. We bought a car that seems like it had just got traded in not too long ago and they had short amount of time to get it ready for us to leave with. Overall good experience and would buy again from my guy Big Mike.
They greet you when you arrive. They are friendly, professional, and listen to your description of the issue. They get multiple people involved if trying to solve the problem. Customer service is valued here.

Maybe another mechanic on Saturday’s, A lot of working people complete the “To do”list on Saturdays! The job was done well as always, and the Staff was friendly! Just consider an additional mechanic!
