Matt got me checked in, heard my concerns and made sure Matt got me checked in, heard my concerns and made sure my car got taken back to the shop quickly. I was having issues with my radio freezing and Austin made sure everything was fixed the first time. My radio is working perfectly now after a software update was performed. The service team and technicians always go above and beyond!
