It was a wonderful experience to be able to find my subaru crosstek with no pressure by the associates working there.
We stopped in to look at a vehicle seen online. Sean Owen was a good salesman who wasn’t pushy. We ended up purchasing the vehicle. The buying process took several hours. Since we didn’t drive the trade in vehicle & the purchased vehicle hadn’t been cleaned, I picked up the new vehicle 2 days later. The new vehicle was supposed to have been cleaned for pickup. So easy to work with! Everyone was very helpful and kind. No pressure sales. Only setback was the long wait to complete the finance paperwork (there was another customer ahead of me), even having completed the pre-approval ahead of time.
