I drive a 2018 Maxima. A large piece of trim was torn off in the wash. Noticed it missing when I was vacuuming and went back to the office where they had it. The manager, Jeremy Dingler, was polite and informed me that this is a common occurrence, particularly with Nissans. He also said the Xpress was not liable for any damage to vehicles. I had taken my cars here several times without incident until the other day when I took my Camaro for a wash and the car wash ripped the antenna off. When I told the employees about the damage they brought me the detached antenna from the wash bay and apologized. When I asked what they were going to do about it they said they weren't responsible and pointed me to the small print on their signs.
