they're actually much better car washes in Tyler I just go to this one because it's convenient. The guy canceled my membership because I reved my motor up when I was going through the end of the line anyway don't waste your time here I went through the one on the loop across from Cavender's
At approximately 3:45 Sunday 3/28 at the 5th street Tyler location. I was involved in an accident while in the wash. They had 3 employees on duty no management, no one directing traffic or watching the cars in the wash. The driveway way was full of vehicles on both sides of the wash. The truck in front of me was unable to leave the wash. I drive a 2018 Maxima. A large piece of trim was torn off in the wash. Noticed it missing when I was vacuuming and went back to the office where they had it. The manager, Jeremy Dingler, was polite and informed me that this is a common occurrence, particularly with Nissans. He also said the Xpress was not liable for any damage to vehicles. I had taken my cars here several times without incident until the other day when I took my Camaro for a wash and the car wash ripped the antenna off. When I told the employees about the damage they brought me the detached antenna from the wash bay and apologized. When I asked what they were going to do about it they said they weren't responsible and pointed me to the small print on their signs.
