The staff assisted me to the best of their ability. I found them to be very helpful and friendly. They always had time to help me and patience when I was slow to move. All the staff were very caring.
Very clean and friendly. Nice food, well looked after.
My husband was treated with kindness and consideration throughout his stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was very good, a good selection and well cooked. For myself, as his wife, all my questions were dealt with in a kind manner and again nothing was too much trouble. We were both well pleased with the physio he had and again all questions were dealt with kindly and the aim towards his recovery well explained.
Very, very good and very helpful, every one of the therapists and carers.
I arrived needing help to get back on my feet and walking. The support was good and after a few days of walking and exercise, I could manage long corridors and stairs.
I have been a resident at Westgate House for a period of around one month and I have found it very much to my liking. The staff are friendly and obliging and always help when the need arises. The accommodation is superb, very light and airy and is kept spick and span. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Excellent food and staff have been wonderful. My husband is now back on his feet due to all the staff's help in the therapy team with occupational therapy.
Staff were lovely and helpful. Everything is lovely. Would like another week there.
Everything is excellent and very friendly and happy always. Made me become independent and enjoyed the breakfast club and the physio.
