Excellent care from everyone.
Very excellent care home. Staff are very good and kind.
My experience was very good. The staff are understanding and helpful. The treatment was discussed with the appropriate staff and a plan drawn up to get me back on my feet. The staff were happy which shows a positive workplace and makes for a pleasant and good experience for the user.
No complaints, all staff more than helpful with everything. Physio's are really dedicated to motivating patients. I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism of all concerned. Thank you.
If you are looking for a care home, look no further, as I can fully recommend Westgate House. From the very first day, they have been nothing but helpful, obliging and understanding in difficult times. The facilities are superb compared to other Care Centres visited.
I must admit, I was a little dubious about spending time in a care home not having any experience as to what care homes are all about. And I must admit any fears were washed away once I was here. The room, the staff, the food was definitely up to standard and the staff are a credit to Westgate House Care Centre. Thank you to all who put themselves out to rehabilitate me.
I have been very happy here. The staff and carers are very good. I miss all of them when I go home. There has not been an unhappy moment since I came here on the 11-08-17. We are all one big happy family.
I came to prepare me for life at home after 7 weeks in hospital, this has been achieved.
Everything was lovely.
