I saw Dr. Karim for an initial consult at the Roswell location of Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates. She thoroughly explained the procedure that I was requesting to schedule and patiently answered all of my questions. The intake staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse was pleasant. I have scheduled my procedure for next month and have all the confidence that Dr. Karim will do a good job.
I’ve been seeing Dr Karim for over a year now. She took the time to ask questions rather than go to the stand by diagnosis and I’ve had great results. Would highly recommend her and her terrific staff
I saw Dr. Karin for my 6-month check-up. She ordered an MRI since my liver enzymes have been high. it will be one week tomorrow that I had the MRI, but no one has called me with the results.
Everyone in the office is so professional also the nurses are friendly ans care about you as a patient

Dr Karim is caring, and has probably saved my life with her quickness to get me in for an appointment and then immediately scheduled my colonoscopy. Because of her my colon cancer was found and the surgeo she recommended found the liver cancer with a test the same day I was sent to Hospital. I will never be able to repay her kind words, concern and worry I could hear in her voice that made me aware she cares.
It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Karim as a new patient. She listened attentively to my questions and concerns. Her caring demeanor and kindness made my first visit very enjoyable. The staff is very kind as well.
I love Dr. Karin. So much so that I am seeing her as self pay since she is no longer on my insurance plan.
Dr. Karim is a fantastic GI specialist. Very knowledgeable and extremely thorough.
