Surgeon explained my condition and recommended surgery. He let me know that the procedure was common. After surgery I developed complications, however, he would not help me and instead referred me to my PC for a referral to pain management. I went to another surgeon which reviewed the same imaging, and they found remnants of what should have been removed in surgery. Additional surgery is now required to correct this issue. Please get second opinion.
Not only did I have to wait 2 hours to see the doctor for my consult, Elizabeth, Dr. Patel's scheduler forgot to schedule me for surgery. Took me a while to figure this out as I keep calling the office and the staff kept giving me the run around. Then Dr. Patel didn't want to do the surgery that I requested, he wanted to do the one he was interested in. So, of course, I asked for another provider. Then Elizabeth left a message saying Dr. Patel wants to talk to me. Why should I talk to him
Dr. Patel is a horrible doctor. He performed surgery on my Aunt, and botched the procedure which caused her months of intensive care and chronic pains meds. Thanks fully we took her out of state for a second opinion. She is improving now, Thank God!!
Dr. Patel was curt, dismissive and abrasive. I did not allow him to perform my surgery after the consult. Patients, please know that you are interviewing doctors during the consults. 1. Decide the type of doctor whom you want. 2. Find her/him.
one hour late showing up to the appointment. no wonder everyone leaves bad review. he dosen't care about his clients
Can't trust him, after he didn't follow through with what he said he would. Rude with no interest in the comfort or welfare of his patients. If it wasn't for them he wouldn't be in practice. I would never go back to him!,
