I first found out about Your Carrier from a friend of a friend. I had just purchased a large item and had no clue how I was going to pick it up and bring it home! Well, thankfully my friend knew someone who told me about Your Carrier. I called and within 2 hours, my item had been picked up and delivered to me. That was a couple of years ago. Movers were good, Although I was told by the movers at my house, that because I went along with them taking a few breaks, which they should, that I would be only billed for the four hours that It took, after you deduct the breaks they took. Well that didn't last, the office/mgr sent me a invoice for 4 and 1/2 hours and other charges that where not discussed. Now the movers were very nice and polite, but after I explained the discussion and what I was told I was going to pay for 475.00, instead of original quote of 380.00 ... read more
