    Gloria Miller…… Your Carrier provided horrible service! They arrived two hours late, took my belongings outside, and disappeared without transporting them to my new location. Customer service was unable to help, and management has not contacted me back despite my appointment and deposit. This experience has been frustrating, and I would not recommend this company. — feeling pissed at Your Carrier😡

    I’m So disappointed I’m depressed. The movers told me about 15 mins into unloading the truck, “no I’m not setting up your furniture, no I’m not hooking up your washer & dryer”. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then the 9 pictures that I have uploaded will explain why a single mom such as myself is depressed after the heartless movers left my home looking like this.     I first found out about Your Carrier from a friend of a friend. I had just purchased a large item and had no clue how I was going to pick it up and bring it home! Well, thankfully my friend knew someone who told me about Your Carrier. I called and within 2 hours, my item had been picked up and delivered to me. That was a couple of years ago.     Movers were good, Although I was told by the movers at my house, that because I went along with them taking a few breaks, which they should, that I would be only billed for the four hours that It took, after you deduct the breaks they took. Well that didn't last, the office/mgr sent me a invoice for 4 and 1/2 hours and other charges that where not discussed. Now the movers were very nice and polite, but after I explained the discussion and what I was told I was going to pay for 475.00, instead of original quote of 380.00 ... read more
