Your Carrier provided horrible service! They arrived two hours late, took my belongings outside, and disappeared without transporting them to my new location. Customer service was unable to help, and management has not contacted me back despite my appointment and deposit. I’m So disappointed I’m depressed. The movers told me about 15 mins into unloading the truck, “no I’m not setting up your furniture, no I’m not hooking up your washer & dryer”. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then the 9 pictures that I have uploaded will explain why a single mom such as myself is depressed after the heartless movers left my home looking like this.
