From the initial contact to determine what we wanted to the installation, everything was great! Our shower came in way earlier than we expected. I do want to give a special shout out to Curtis who installed the shower. He did a great job from start to finish!
My sister had this company come and redo her bathrooms in great falls MT. She only needed a couple things fixed but they sent out a high pressure sales man who made them think their were leaks and black mold and MUST rip out BOTH showers... Got them to hand over thousands of dollars to get started and take out a HUGE loan from home Depot to the tune of 40k plus...for 2 showers... And I checked...they were NOT gold plated... Made them sign a contract too. A couple weeks in she tried to only have the one done and they refuse... read more
It was not a great experience, jobs unfinished, holding money for flooring undone, missing shower door. 47 thousand in cash upfront, mistakes all over the house. 4200.00 for a new water heater that their employee damaged, kids with CO poisoning still sick. The company lawyered up, wanting us to sign off on it unfinished! Withholding money owed to us, taken no responsibility to pay in full, damages to the above. So this company buyer beware!
Curtis Stordahl put in my walk-in shower. He worked hard and was very efficient. He was mindful to protect my other parts of the bathroom and to clean up thoroughly. He was polite and wanted to be sure he was doing what I had put on my order. He is an exceptional worker and great with customer service. Gail H
