Worst decision we have made
Signed 8/19/25 for bathtub to shower conversion. Expected construction to begin in October. Had scheduling problems, missing items, and miscommunication.
I don’t really like that I paid them to basically just be a middle man to another contractor that was 2/3 of the cost.
Tried to contact our salesman, on multiple occasions and received no response, tried to talk to scheduling and still no contact, not until my wife froze the funds from green sleeve did we get a response the very next day, we felt we had been scammed , if anything I feel we are owed compensation for the salesman deceit
There were many areas of concern with the project, the contractor, communication, responsiveness of project manager, and regional person.
The quality of work/installation is substandard, the quality of the windows is horrible (dirt blows through triple pane windows) too much to list! I contacted KC and haven’t received any response.
