We love the windows and have seen a great difference in our utility bills with them. We were disappointed in the customer service we received. The first thing that happened was the mismeasuring of 3 of the windows causing a delay. Three people had measured those windows so we were surprised there was a problem. The first installer we had was excellent and we wanted him and his crew back to do the installing of the last three windows, but that didn't happen. The work was done in a timely and efficient manor. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable.
We are so pleased with the quality of the windows and the professional workmanship that went into it and installing them our installer Brad was amazing. He was so funny and he made the job so easy that we were not stressed like I thought we would be! Thank you for taking the time to show us in our own home. What a quality company you are. Thank you to all We have already received many compliments from our passing neighbors
