I ordered windows & signed my contract on 4/26/25 with a anticipated install between 9/27 & 10/11/25. Thankfully this was a warm winter - because this not what happened. I ended up putting my old storm windows back on the house. I asked the install guy if he was going to help me & he declined. Windows were finally installed on2/12/26. My 0% interest expires in April. Seems to me there should be an extension on that. My sales person, Tim, said he would work on that. I found Tim to be very courteous & professional. No problem ... read more
