Jacob ***** and Sam were both INCREDIBLE to work with. YHIC has excellent products, the triple pane windows are super high quality and heavy. I had a couple bumps in the road with installation, etc. but Sam and Jacob communicated super well throughout the whole process and DID end up making sure everything is 100% to our satisfaction. 10/10.
Jason K did a fantastic job. Had a problem window that others came out and fixed only to not work again. Jason found a broke tip on the lock, replaced it now everything is perfect. Thank you Jason!
