Spoke with Craig today about some much needed work in our bathroom. I cannot emphasize enough on how attentive he is to our needs as well as knowledgeable in his field. He didn't try a hard sell, nor did he try to push for something that was not within our budget. He completely understood our financial limitations without trying to exploit us.
