Even though we have bought homes before. The process is never the same and is always stressful. Zach kept us informed through the entire process making for a stress free purchase. He stayed in contact with my agent. Worked with my insurance agent. Made me feel like a had my own personal assistant. I plan to work with Zach again when rates go down.

Zach is as cool as a cucumber. Purchasing a home is very stressful. There are so many moving parts that it‚Äôs easy to get overwhelmed. Zach did a great job explaining the process and keeping us calm. He stayed in contact with my agent and my insurance agent and kept us right on track. He didn‚Äôt abandon us as soon as we went to underwriting. The loan process is easy when using the app. We plan to work with Zach again soon.

Almost Every time I called he answered and if he didn‚Äôt he called back within 10 min. He even answered the phone on his own time while at his own house to help me get what I needed done. Very nice and helpful and made it easy to stay on track and secure my house. Great experience and a nice guy
