So far have never been left waiting. Dr. Bruce spends an appropriate amount of time with the patient. Leaves adequate amount of time for questions and advice. Very personable. Great bedside manner.
Always on time! Very personable. Dr. Bruce treats me like an old friend every time I see him . He is by far the best Dr I have ever had. Me and my wife recommend if you don’t have a family Dr, then you gotta get Dr.Bruce, we are so happy to finally have a Dr that takes time with you, your not a number with him your his #1 priority. Visit went smoothly from calling upon arrival, waiting a few minutes in my car and going straight into office visit room. I highly recommend Dr. Bruce. Did annual checkup and bloodwork all on the same floor??. Baton Rouge Clinic rocks??
Dr. Bruce always takes time with me to explain things. He is an excellent primary care doctor.

Great doctor. Never seems in a rush. Takes his time with his patients and is very thorough.
This was my first face to face doctor visit since Covid- 19. The process went smoothly. I called to check in upon arrival to the clinic. I was able to pay my copay over the phone. I was called to enter the building promptly and called back to the examination area very quickly. Dr Bruce and staff are very friendly and I love the messaging capability of my chart. Dr Bruce takes his time and is very thorough. I have recommended him to family.
5 star visit! Everything was better than expected. Appointment was during Covid. Told to wait in car until called. Called right away. When got to the office, they were waiting on me! All were wearing masks. Went right in. Nurses friendly. Dr. Spent time answering all questions. It was like chatting with a friend. Finished up. Nurse came in right away to give flu shot. Best shot ever! Didn't even feel it! Highly recommend!
