Very little wait time, and quick diagnosis of my problem. Oddly, this system does not recognize my insurance provider: UnitedHealthcare. It says Dr. Bruce does not accept that insurance, but he certainly does, and has for years. Something is wrong with with this survey system. (I tried spelling United Healthcare several ways, but none worked.)

Dr. Bruce and his staff are excellent. They are all amicable, take the time to get to know the patient, and perform a thorough medical exam with necessary labs, etc., so that as the patient ages, Dr. Bruce and his sweet nurse can see any changes due to aging or illness that may occur over time. Dr. Bruce is great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a PCP. Listens to his patients and doesn’t just try and rush the appointment.
In my experience and compared to other doctors, Dr, Bruce is more available, attentive and thorough. Friendly and professional manner. I am very impressed.

Dr. Bruce is an excellent physician. He’s very thorough and caring. He has a tremendous amount of sympaty for his patients. He always sits and actually listens to your concerns and problems. He truly listens. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He’s is extremely smart and knowledgeable.
