Zahra Properties was very helpful in helping us find a new place. We saw two units when searching - both were large and above the typical sized condos you see today. We settled on one and the staff has been very helpful in helping us move in. Getting in touch with them has been easy and we look forward to living in our new home.
Moved into a spacious two bedroom through Zahra Properties. The unit was well maintained, clean, and painted before we moved in. We had a couple of requests as we were moving in and all were taken care of in a timely manner. The staff have all been nice and courteous.
Nash, Maria and Zahra have been a pleasure to work with. We moved across country and were new to Toronto. Nash was able to show us different options, layouts, communities that fit our needs (even as they changed over time). Zahra and Maria were wonderful with answering our questions regarding the lease and helped us understand differences based on Ontario regulations.
