The Zahra properties team was almost impossible to reach whenever myself and my roommate had a question or issue. We either waited weeks for a response or got ignored. Very unprofessional, we would definitely not recommend.

I would never recommend working with Zahra Properties. It is impossible to receive a reply from them. When we moved into our rental unit it was neither cleaned nor emptied despite clearly stated that it would be professionally cleaned before we moved in. We needed to hire professional assistance to clear the unit. To date, Zahra has neither compensated us for the cost of cleaning or days the unit was uninhabitable. They literally do not have customer service, and will stop responding to you the instant you sign your lease.

Zahra Properties would do well to listen to tenant concerns rather than ignoring repeated emails regarding unit issues. Cannot speak highly of anyone we’ve dealt with over the past 2 years.

We have been ignored repeatedly by the office staff of Zahra since we moved into one of their Liberty Village condos in November. Our unit was not repaired, painted or cleaned as was promised before we moved in - we are left being concerned that we will be blamed for the state of the walls when we move out! The owner of Zahra has been parked in the parking spot that we are paying for since January 2. Ive attempted to phone and leave voicemails. No one ever responds. They wont be getting my business that's for sure.
