Stay away!! Would not recommend. Arrived 10 min before my scheduled appointment . No one there to greet you. No bell to ring . Appointment started 25 min late. No apology!! Terrible massage. Masseuse smelled like smoke!! Then had the nerve to tell me how much I had to tip her.
Worse Brazilian wax ever. People should know that they charge extra for back area waxing, the wax stinks (maybe that's why I'm red and rashly), lastly, I've been waxing for over 3 years and have never experienced such pain with a Brazilian wax as I did at this business. This place is really not sanitary and I wish I never let them touch my skin. Incompetent, unethical, unsanitary business.

Horrible experience with Brazilian wax. I have had numerous done in the past and never in my lifetime been in so much pain than at Zinc Spa. Woman does not know how to wax people; she rips off the cloths strips slowly and charges $15 extra for "extra work" when there is no extra work (never had that issue at other salons). I was in pain for 2 days. I will never return.
Long wait. My first time there and there were a room full of disgruntled people waiting over an hour!!! The doctor had bad breath didn't wash his hands and then made me wait even longer so he could fill out some paperwork that "I could bring to the receptionist " really? And I see No difference whatsoever in the area he Treated. A complete waste of time and money!
It was okay massage and facial. They were a bit rude on the phone when I said I had a groupon, but nice once I arrived.
Massage was good but light. Staff was very friendly.
Great service, parking is easy and the prices are right.
Great experience. The doctor is wonderful!! The girl at the desk was very nice. I know I will be going back!!
