Absolutely amazing massage!
I was annoyed that upon scheduling she told me to bring $26 cash. (I think tip is supposed to be determined by the tipper, and I may have given more if wasn't put off by the way it was handled). She could have politely reminded caller to bring cash for tip- don't demand a certain amount! Fine, gave the $26, then when leaving chatted with person behind me in line, she was told to bring $20 cash. Whatever, arbitrary number she feels like throwing out on the phone. Not going back.
The massage was AMAZING! The pedicures were awesome too! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when I was making my appointment, I didn’t like how the owner talked to her staff.
The facial was professional and relaxing. The massage was horrible. Poor technique, did not feel relaxed at all. Do not get the massage unless you just want someone to rub you.
Great place, clean, quiet, and relaxing. Experienced people and other services offered as well.
Always a pleasure to go there. Staff if friendly, atmosphere is relax and inviting, services are above expectations.
My facial turned out very nice and the people were also very nice. I just didn’t like that the face cloths that they used looked very old and dirty.
Don’t go there. Very Unprofessional! They are rude and demand the gratituity and harrassed me threated to call the police for not having cash on me after i already paid the groupon and found my home number and address I never gave to them and called me over and over, all for a tip which I would have left in the first place had they not been so demanding!!! I purchased two massages and they would not honor the second massage. I had to reschedule and they stated I did not reschedule 72 hours in advance. They also stated that I was required to pay $20 at each appointment as a mandatory tip. None of which was on the groupon prior to purchasing and I am pretty sure it is illegal. Actually quite distgusted with the poor customer service.
