I was very pleased with your representative, Paula Lewis, she was very customer oriented and so knowledgeable, helpful and informative. She also advised that the Monthly charge included taxes and fees. This is so opposite Spectrum who quotes a charge and then adds taxes and fees to your bill. It was so refreshing to have honesty and no hidden agenda, etc. Thank u for such a pleasant experience.
