I was at the Advance office with Ryan Longworth. I am not sure why your question starts with an apology. Our experience was fantastic. We moved our phone, TV and internet service over to Yadtel. Told our son to do the same thing. Ryan was informed, attentive, efficient and very accommodating. Looking forward to a long relationship.
