Everyone I’ve spoken with has been very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Spoke with Barry using the repair service number. Barry exhibited patience and was very detail in aiding me with regaining power for my mom's internet and phone. My mom has been a customer since 1994 and Barry is the second customer service representative I have spoken with that much patience and detail. Thank you Barry!!!
