My internet was out so I called service provider for help. I was transferred to Barry after speaking with the person who answered my call. Barry was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. Both people I spoke with were friendly and efficient. It’s nice to call a company and speak with a human instead of dealing with automated machines.
I was able to quickly set up a new service for internet service. Amanda was very polite and informative, leaving me without any questions on this new service.
Barry was very professional and very patient with me to resolve the problem I was having .. I would and do recommend Yadtel to friends, Family , and neighbors.. due to the quality of service I receive from Barry Rentz and others I have come in contact with over the years..
