My internet was out so I called service provider for help. I was transferred to Barry after speaking with the person who answered my call. Barry was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. Both people I spoke with were friendly and efficient. It’s nice to call a company and speak with a human instead of dealing with automated machines.
I was able to quickly set up a new service for internet service. Amanda was very polite and informative, leaving me without any questions on this new service.
