Staff was great, very helpful.
Amanda was very clear and concise as to what was available for me. She answered questions before I asked them. Not only was she professional but personable. So excited to be getting fiber optic in Yadkinville!
The installation crew worked with me to route the fiber optic cable through existing conduit. Professional termination at the house. Professional installation and set up.
My service representatives name was Barry. He was very nice and patient with me while we worked through my problem. He never seemed inconvenienced and we celebrated together when we got it fixed!
I had communication with Barry in Repair and Amanda in Customer Service today. I can not say enough nice things about both of them! It is so nice to call a company with a problem and not only have the problem resolved but have such positive people to help you. Both Barry and Amanda are extremely good representatives for Yadtel! When I called about my Internet connect not being wore working properly I was assisted by a very lovely lady that troubleshoot it and rebooted and got me to working again and I do appreciate it thank you.
Called on Saturday morning with internet issues. Tech guy called within a matter of minutes and tries to fix the problem but was unable to. He placed a service call and technician was here in about an hour. Found the problem was my router. Replaced it and was done in less than an hour. Awesome customer service. Great experience.
Tommy was very personable, answered all of my questions and was quick to get the job done!
Barry was a pleasure to work with and very helpful! He made a point to call back even after the process was completed to make sure everything was okay!
