Wow! Talk about great service!! Dwayne came by this week to get our service hooked up at our new house. We are new to the area and he was so welcoming and sweet. Amanda was extremely helpful about my issue. But I found out my inquiring about my bill that I have been paying an up charge of $10 for at least over a year. Wish I had been offered a credit for all the months I overpaid. Otherwise, again, Amanda was most helpful!Ā
