It was our first experience with YadTel and Amanda was great. She answered are questions and explained everything in detail. I was disappointed that you only have 10mb download where we are staying but other than that it has been a great experience so far. We will see how it goes with install and setup.

Barry Rentz was excellent. We had problem late in evening with internet. Came back up. However he left ticket open thinking we may have problems. Called back. He was very supportive and helpful. My husband was working from home on Thursday. He ensured there was a note to come out first thing today. He is always professional and puts the customer first.
