Works very well I chose the rating because the bag works perfectly. However, I would have preferred a black one. I have a Polaris Blackmax and a black replacement bag averages $10,00 more than the white.
The zipper bag is much better than velcro The velcro version of this bag is a disaster. Get the one with the zipper for a few bucks more. It only takes a few seconds to empty the bag with the zipper versus several minutes picking particles out of the fuzzy velcro.
Price value Once again price is the overriding fact. Who doesn't love the value. I will be back for more great buys on for my pool cleaner.
Polaris Vac Zippered Pool Cleaner bag Great fan of this one, too! It is zippered. The velcro ones always 'grabbed' all the dirt, dust and tiny grass seeds and spires. This one opens up easily, cleaning is simple as you can turn it inside out and rinse it. Then close it up again, fix it to the Polaris and that's it.
bag ok, but part is wrong size The ordering and delivery of this item was problem-free and quick. The bag itself was very much the same as the original equipment which came with the pool cleaner. However, the part which attaches the bag to the return line hose is only about 3/4 inches in diameter and the hose which goes to my return line is 1.5 inches in diameter so the bag didn't fit. I was able to fabricate a new piece out of PVC pipe and a zip tie, but I really wish I had returned it and ordered one which fit properly.
highly recommend I have had the same polaris 380 for 14 years, obviously have had to replace several parts and multiple bags but it still runs fine. This zipper bag seals great and the mesh appears to be stronger and more finely knit than the original zipper bag that came with the unit.I would not recommend the cheaper velcro closing bags, after about 1 season the velcro does not stay sealed 100% which makes it worthless.
I like this zippered bag better This bag is better than the velcro one that came with the product and seems to be very sturdy so far. The velcro gets trashy after a bit and then doesnt stick. The zipper works great.
Perfect Bag! Cheaper than going to Leslie's down the street. I had my original bag with my Polaris 360 for 5 years now.. it finally got a rip in it. It was the velcro one. I went online and bought this one. Save the snap clip from the old bag and use it on the new. Mine came with a small clip for a smaller hose. But fit perfectly and excited about the zipper. We will have to see how well it works.
Great product This was a great buy. My dog chewed up the other bag, which cost double the price. Was so happy to find the replacement at a great price. Thank you.
