Zipper broke within 2 weeks. 2 weeks after purchasing this bag the zipper broke, the end of it broke right off. I was able to rig it back together and sew it so the it would not fall apart again enough to finish out the summer. Hope the next on I purchase will be made better.
The zipper bag is much better than velcro The velcro version of this bag is a disaster. Get the one with the zipper for a few bucks more. It only takes a few seconds to empty the bag with the zipper versus several minutes picking particles out of the fuzzy velcro.
bag ok, but part is wrong size The ordering and delivery of this item was problem-free and quick. The bag itself was very much the same as the original equipment which came with the pool cleaner. However, the part which attaches the bag to the return line hose is only about 3/4 inches in diameter and the hose which goes to my return line is 1.5 inches in diameter so the bag didn't fit. I was able to fabricate a new piece out of PVC pipe and a zip tie, but I really wish I had returned it and ordered one which fit properly.
highly recommend I have had the same polaris 380 for 14 years, obviously have had to replace several parts and multiple bags but it still runs fine. This zipper bag seals great and the mesh appears to be stronger and more finely knit than the original zipper bag that came with the unit. I would not recommend the cheaper velcro closing bags, after about 1 season the velcro does not stay sealed 100% which makes it worthless.
I like this zippered bag better This bag is better than the velcro one that came with the product and seems to be very sturdy so far. The velcro gets trashy after a bit and then doesnt stick. The zipper works great.
looked great but a 3 holes formed in less than 2 weeks had my last one for 3 years and when 1 hole appeared I ordered this one. Ordered and it came 4 days later. Looked great and worked fine. No problems till the second week and a few holes formed. will contact amazon and see what they can do. Used lightly!!! Amazon was great and never had a problem w/anything from them b4. Thinking this was a fluke and I just got the bad one. Amazon made good on a new one.!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poaris zipper bag Very disappointed with this bag. This is my second one. The first one (not purchased from this vendor but same and only brand) the zipper broke in less than one year. For the price you pay for these bags, I am very disappointed. This bag, is doing very poorly. Already has holes in the mesh, and it is not even 6 months old. Again Polaris prices are extreemely high and the products are not lasting that long. I am very disappointed with polaris's pricing policies. They have the corner in the market.
