It did take a couple of weeks for me to figure out the suction settings, but now I'm good to go. I chalk that up to human error on my part. I have had to buy hoses 2 times since 2022. So far the hoses have falling apart an unravel. Replaced 10 hoses within 2 years. The hoses are not cheap either. Now the track keeps falling off and I will have to replace that. For the cost of this thing and having to buy costly replacement parts, I don't think it is worth the price. I now have it at my house. I run the pump at 40% power because that is all it needs. If cleans the floor, walls, steps.
