The product, so far is excellent, way beyond my expectations. The rebate process leaves a lot to be desired.

The MX8 to date has been the BEST pool cleaner I have used. After trying many of the Diaphragm suction types and the lack of wall cleaning and expensive cost of buying new diaphragms 3 times a year this by far works the BEST and worth the added cost.
