I purchased the MX8 Elite about a month ago and thus far I have been happy with its performance. We have had several storms so the Zodiac has worked hard cleaning small twigs, leaves and other debris from the pool. Only once did I need to remove a larger twig from the machine.

For your next storm, to prevent jamming by the larger debris, we suggest removing the yellow inlet adapter at the bottom of the cleaner. We had a Barricuda for years. We started pool service this year with a friend that I've known for years and he recommended it. IT IS A BEAST! I can count on it to clean every inch of the pool even the walls up to the water line. Well worth the money.
