The cleaner works great I recommend putting a longer extension for the scimmer connection for ease of installation.
Zodiac MX8 is the best wall climber, and doesn't get stuck on the pool drain like our last cleaner. Oh, and the 360 turnaround is amazing!
Thought it would be much stronger handling leaves. Not too impressed with it yet for what I spent.

I was a little skeptical at first, but after running the MX8 for over a month now I have to say that I LOVE it. The feature I love the most are the scrubbing rotary wheels that actually scrub the pool surface gently. When it comes up to the water line the wheels not only scrub the water line, but they rotate inward forcing water into the vacuum line so that air doesn't get in and stop the pump. We have a deep swimming pool, and have tried 4-cleaners over the years. The Zodiac MX8 Elite was recommended by our local Leslie’s Pool store, and it’s been the best one yet. It’s the only cleaner that has been able to successfully climb & clean the pool walls and has never gotten stuck in one spot. We also added a Zodiac Cyclonic Leaf Catcher to protect our pump and back!

My experience with the store I purchased it from was awful, however, the cleaner itself works great and I am more than happy with it.
The Zodiac MX8 Elite was easy to set up and install, and it keeps my pool sparkling clean.
