Works well has a tendency to get stuck on stairs and ledges I’ll back off pool pump and see if that helps

I loved it
Once I finally got it operating, I was pretty impressed. However it gets 'stuck' in two places in my pool. The first place is in the low end, where my pool has two steps into the water at the corner of the pool. The steps angle into the pool, in direct opposite direction of the corner, so they form an 'out-corner'. The device gets 'stuck' right at that corner - with neither wheel able to make contact, so it will stay in-place there until I intervene and pull it off. This is an almost daily occurrence.
