Excellent system. I have a golden retriever that spends most of his days in the pool, rolling around in dirt to dry off then jumping back in the pool. There is a constant layer of filth at the bottom of my pool but the dog uses it more than the humans and it's the best exercise for him so I needed a solution to keep the pool clean. So far the cleaner works great. It was the directions that was bad. I am a man that does read directions. I would have been better off not. It shows when you start putting the hose together using coupling side first. If you do that you will end up with male and male end together. I thought I was missing a coupling. the gentleman at Leslie's pool supply's showed me the correct way which was opposite of the directions. it did not look it would fit the way he showed me but it did.

Even after reading great reviews I didn't think the MX8 Elite would do the job since our old vacuum didn't get the waterline very clean and got caught up on the stairs constantly. I was amazed in a few hours when our entire pool was spotless. No joke, spotless! Hoping to continue being satisfied for years!

We love our new Zodiac MX8 Elite. The scrubbers really do a great job. We are very impressed. We have a rectangular pool with no incline and was worried about it climbing the walls, but much to our surprise, it had no trouble. My husband won't have to clean the pool anymore and he's thrilled!
