We bought a house where we did not notice how bad the plaster is & it will need to be replaced. The old disk like pool vaucme was cleaning okay but not getting in all the pits the plaster has so green algae was sitting in the pits. Since the MX8 has scrubbers it has gotten almost all the algae out of the pits in the 4 days we have had it. So I know it is going to keep this pool cleaner & keep dirt from staying in the pits. Love this Zodiac cleaner! I bought it to replace another brand when I was looking at buying my 3rd cleaner in 5 years. I love the fact that ALL parts are replaceable unlike the previous brand. The pool is staying much cleaner and it is quiet when it’s running. I am a Zodiac fan from now on.

Great pool cleaner
Best cleaner I have ever had. It does a great job on the side of the pool. We have a 9ft deep end and it has no problem going from deep to shallow.
It is difficult to match up the required suction for the unit with the necessary suction required to make the other (skimmer and floor drains) work properly......I have a separate line for the pool cleaner so I don't run it through the skimmer, thank goodness.
