Overall it's works well. I have an Acapulco deck (about 18 inches deep) that it will not climb up to clean, but no cleaner I have had has been able to this either. I also have curved areas where the cleaner appears to get stuck because the width between the tracks a longer than the curve. This is not a huge problem because it hugs the wall so well laterally.
Cleans very well. You do have to pay attention to it some and pull sticks and other stuff from inside it because it stops moving occasionally. It's easy to get it started again. It cleans much more thoroughly and quicker than my past cleaners.
Works well. Does the whole pool in about an hour...

Could not be happier with the cleaner. I have a fiberglass pool and have been searching for over a year for the right cleaner. Search is over! It even climbs and cleans the steps and ledge- love it!!!
