Everything has been great from the point of purchase to setting it up to receiving the rebate. Our pool hasn’t look this good in a very long time.

Amazing! Love this vacuum. After two Hayward pool vacuums in six years I bought the MX8 during a sale about a month ago Wish I had been steered towards it six years ago. Does an amazing job and gets right up the walls easily and cleans the tile line. I spend much more time swimming now and less brushing the walls. And the pool and water look better than ever.
It moves very well. Covers the whole pool and goes all the way up my steep walls and easily makes it to the shallow end, something that my other cleaners struggled to do. But it does clog almost every day, in my outdoor pool. The trees, with large debris, are just too much for the mx-8, my other cleaners would clog less than twice a month. I even took out the yellow piece that restricts the opening, it helped some, but still clogs daily. All in all, it is a good product. I have had it for a month and it replaced my barracuda. Works great on my pebble finish.
