Bought the MX8 at Leslie’s in Costa Mesa, CA just before 4th of July, 2020. Received the cash back via mail on a Visa card. Free leaf catch eventually came; I had to call after waiting a bit to get it sorted out. So all purchase benefits came as promised. As for the MX8, it runs everyday without any problems after 3 months. I had to tweet the pool valve settings to get it to climb up to the waterline. I love the interlocking hoses. The vacuum does an amazing job. We ordered the leaf catcher attachment and it has done an outstanding job. We are surrounded by a lot of oak trees and I hardly ever have to use a skimming net. Very happy with our purchase

The cleaner is better performing than my last cleaner from a different company. I like the design of the locking hose to prevent it from coming apart. I purchased the leaf catcher to prevent the built-up of debris at the main filter.

Fantastic vacuum. I bought another vaccum different brand 2 months ago and it did terrible and I was told it was the suction. Once I plugged in the mx8 I had no issues.
