Perhaps not ideal for my pool. The motor turns via suction on a spinning wheel. My neighbor has a tree with slender leaves about 4” long. The leaves frequently become twirled or trapped in the wheel and it stops cleaning. If I have every single leaf out of the pool it works fantastic at getting the pool clean.

These pool cleaners are so good I bought them twice. I moved up from the MX6 after years of good service. This model is so much more powerful. It quickly and effectively cleans the pool with double scrubbers my pool is perfect in less time. This is a great product.
