Jerry was amazing & he thoroughly explained the Zynex Tens Unit & forms. He is a Great asset to Support Team & Company! The only part I did not find is where to supply my VISA Credit Card information unless, I misunderstood & that comes later if Medicare denies covering unit.

I am a current user of prescription medical equipment from Zynex Medical & honestly the best Co for this line of home therapy!! Has best support customer service reps whom care & answer all questions concerning use, supplies etc! Recently needed help from their Auto Claims Division ( Abigail), professional, honest, caring, trustworthy took care of a huge issue for me, covering my back & gave me much confidence going forward. Awesome Company to be associated with!!!
