It was the most pleasant experience I have had in dealing with anything medical. The associates are very friendly, informative, helpful and cover every basis. I highly recommend Zynex to anyone who needs pain relief. Wonderful experience!!!

Prescribed the device on Monday met with the company rep while Dr office. Then received a followup call to verify patient information on the next day. I received the device on Friday and began the therapy on Sunday. Easy setup and operation instructions. Caleb from the company made a followup call to me on Monday. Everyone I have spoken with are courteous and knowledgeable professionals.
