Prescribed the device on Monday met with the company rep while Dr office. Then received a followup call to verify patient information on the next day. I received the device on Friday and began the therapy on Sunday. Easy setup and operation instructions. Caleb from the company made a followup call to me on Monday. Everyone I have spoken with are courteous and knowledgeable professionals.
