Ordered this. Took weeks to get it. Comes from China. Not a big deal. Go through the process to fit it and find out it is way too small. I don't have some monster mouth. the front teeth fit then as your teeth go back they do not go straight back. So you just have the whole thing between your teeth. Falls out way too easily. My Zyppah did not come with printed instructions. Instead it came with a piece of paper that said they were out of printed instructions. The piece of paper had a link to refer me to a video on-line. That link did not work. I called the support phone number on the piece of paper and no one answered. I had to send an e-mail to get the correct link to the video. This is the worst thing i ever tried. After you boil to fit your mouth, it's worse than a mouthguard for football. Its beyond flimsy and then it feels like the plastic is breaking in your mouth to fit. Then sleeping, i thought it would atleast try to hold your tongue down, it doesn't. Not worth the time or money.
I am still waiting for return information after several days of requesting info online.

My teeth are too wide for this to fit. I emailed twice wanting to return and just got automated response. There were no instructions in my package but a qr code to some not so good instructions. Why not have a video to show people how to fit this and how to use it. Still waiting for response so I can return it.
The delivery of my device was extremely delayed. When I tried to contact customer service, I was unable to reach anyone by phone, email, or direct messaging on social media. None of my messages were ever returned.
It hurt my teeth so badly. It felt like it was moving them. I couldn't wear it. There was no "getting use to it."
