The instructions were not available when looking on the website. I had to search a video on youtube....very disappointing.
this was for my wife the gaurd is to deep and chokes her cannot wear period so its doing me no good
Well, I purchased the most popular/original size. I believe I need a size smaller. It has rubbed the left side of my mouth raw!!! I see the benefit! Sleep better until I could not ware due to the discomfort! Love to talk to you about the issue! What needs to happen is a some type of sizing assistance. Economically, not sure if the makes since ??? Product is horrible and doesn’t work
I will be returning. It’s to big for my mouth and not effective
After setting the impressions on Zyppah, I was not made aware that there was to be expected significant soreness on the inscisors both upper and lower. After the first night, although I did sleep mostly through the first night, the appliance itself seems to have loosened its grip and seal on the teeth, resulting in the ineffectiveness of the mouthpiece there on after. Trying to reset the mouthpiece only became increasingly difficult as the pliability of the latex impression was already compromised.
The mouthpiece took a few days to arrive. I set it according to the instructions. Upon wearing it at night, I woke up several times feeling like I was choking. I found this mouthpiece to be bulky and placing my lower jaw in an awkward position. Returns are not straightforward. There is no live customer service. You have to email them (this is the worst). The rep tried to coax me into keeping it. After I insisted the still wanted me to pay the shipping to return it (No one does this these days, wake up and stop being cheap)..... read more
Human being at the other end of the phone call. I tried calling three times to solve my delivery and never received my order. I had to dispute rhe charge for with my bank. Horrible customer service and will not ever order again nor recommend your company.
