Pretty much everything has been good. Rehab is good. I am feeling stronger everyday. I like the food too. Thank you everyone.
All the nurses and CNA's and nurses are sweet and kind and they treat you with respect. I love being around them. This is a good place.

Everything is good here. I've never had any problems. The CNA's are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a genuine care for their residents.

The nurses are quick and answer my call light as soon as I push it. Therapy two times a day has gotten me back on my feet. I really appreciate everyone here that helped me.

One of my good friends was here recently and it was a good experience. Both times I went in to visit him, the facility smelled good and the nurse and other helpers were always helpful. I would recommend this building for rehab to anyone that lives here in Hanford!

Carolyn in occupational therapy is great, I love her. Amy the CNA is really good. The office staff has been terrific in helping me with questions. The students have been good workers too. They have taken very good care of me and I appreciate it. This building is clean, nice, and comfortable and staff always waves.

Hanford Post Acute is a really great place for nursing care. The nursing team there are all super awesome and dedicated to making sure everyone gets the best support. Plus, the whole environment is designed to be welcoming and comfortable, which makes a huge difference for patients and their families. My grandma recently was placed there, everyone was respectful, and made it out safely, also the nursing team was very communicative.

I would Definitely recommend Hanford Post Acute to anyone that needs both long term and short term care. The staff is amazing at what they do and are extremely friendly and helpful. You will always be greeted with a smile when you walk in and they will help you out with any questions and concerns you have.

My family had a great experience with this skilled nursing facility. The staff was caring, attentive, and always made sure residents were comfortable and well taken care of.
